I Dream of You
Things that made me upset yesterday.

Yesterday was the first day of the hexagonal meet, so naturally many of our schoolmates and teachers were at the CPG complex. So yeah.

1. No teachers so no classes, yet, we were still required to go to school. It was so boring I almost cried -_- We were stuck in our classrooms with nothing to do when instead we could also cheer for our players.

 2. Korean girl/boy groups, music, videos. I hate them, super. Much more when your classmates start to dance. It always upsets me.

3. Little girls' pageants. Sometimes, it's not cute anymore. Like in the talent portion, girls dancing like gaga and with very short skirts is child abuse already loljk. And the people who enjoy them are pedophiles :P kidding.

4. A crowded mall. It makes me uncomfortable and stuffed. And because at the mall, I sometimes see people staring at me with a smirk and thinking  like, "kaila man ko anang bajiha, diba siya man tong. . . " Shucks! Baka pinag-tsitsismisan nila ako ah!

5. Hunger. I tend to be more grouchy when I'm hungry, I don't know why.

Omo. Half of me and my sister weren't serious when we asked our dad to buy us a dslr camera. We just couldn't believe it when he said 'sure'.

We were like asdasdjgfasdsgfh.

Other than none of us is an expert in photography- we don't even have a digital camera XP, but it's so freaking expensive too! Like I said, we were just teasing dad because we were in our whimsical days, but he showed us a no-nonsense face :/ I was about to do an acrobatic stunt on the bed because I was so happy and excited when I realized he wasn't done talking yet.

He continued on, " if only. . . .one of you will be an honor student or even just an awardee. "

Oh broooother, that one just burst our bubble. How I wish there was an award for most weird or most silent-looking student. That will mean a lot, I mean, I'm not really an academic person, so what can I do? Now that, that's that. We had no choice, even if I said we are no experts, we still love taking pictures, how much more with a dslr :)? So yeah, we accepted the challenge.
This is gonna be quite fun. I never thought I'd say this but:

BOOKS, WE'RE GONNA HAVE DATES EVERYDAY FROM NOW ON.
So don't give up on me ;)

Oh shucks! I wanna be as creative and fun-loving as this gal.

Meet my new inspiration (besides from my crush ='>).
Drum roll please . . . . . Katie Sokoler

I totally love her! She's quirky and fun. And iloveher apartment so much! Walls are all white but are also covered with her colorful crafts, in short, I want to splash my room white then put cutouts and pictures on the walls. Magical.
Ok I'll stop talking now for it won't do any justice to her. Just visit her blog I guess ;)

We had a career talk before at school and continued on at home, but unfortunately I became more confused. You see:
  • My first choice is Criminology and it still is now, yet the decision-makers of my family (a.k.a parents) keep on asking me, ” You mean, you want to be a security guard when you grow up?  ”Why won’t you choose nursing like your sister did or even engineering like us?” And yadayadayada. They have all the rights to ask me those questions since it’s my future we’re talking about but the thing is, hello? Security guard isn’t the only job you will end up with when you finish Criminology. And nursing is not practical. Lastly, ironically and sadly, even though my parents are both civil engineers, I was never given the gift of understanding numbers. Now I just have to explain that to my parents.
  • A science high student dreaming to be a police officer (lol, not exactly)? Some people might react like, what?? They all expect tsci students to take up science-related courses which isn’t that bad since I like science, but what about my biggest dream?? Should it remain as a dream? NO WAY. It won’t be just a dream just because other people say so. I believe in the saying that goes:Expectations can kill. Nah,  just made that up. But I could still help the country even if I’m not a physicist or a scientist, and besides Criminology is related to science. They just don’t know that because all that comes up to their mind when they hear criminologists are people raiding drug hideouts, security guards (ugh), etc.  This is what you call ignorance, no offense.
  • Above was my first choice which means there’s a second, and that is Geology. Too bad there are only 3 universities that are offering the course and they are all outside Bohol. Dad will never let me study away from home, it’s a bummer I know. So, that led me to my third choice, Geodetic engineering. And according to Paul, my friend who also wants to pursue this, said that there’s a little relation between geology and geodesy.
  • I”m also confused if one should choose a course because it’s his passion or it is because it’s new or challenging to him? I don’t know -_-
But the good thing is, I still have time to think this over with. And that I should be more concerned of the present. Anyway, so this is what you feel when you’re in probation huh?

This is the beginning of a blog where my words matter, my day-to-day misfortunes and mistakes are found, and those in their teenage era can read my thoughts and opinions.

Ugh. This is such a bore. I sound like an idiot but I don't have anything else to say. Gonna update soon.
